Add a country
Are you advertising in more countries than you first signed up? We detect if there are any new countries present in the feed in the Merchant Center and show these countries greyed out in the Account Settings. You then have the possibility to add the countries to your subscription.
Go to ‘Subscriptions’ in the Account settings and select 'Merchants'.
Click 'Add country' on the right side of the country you want to add.
❗ Note: It's important to add these to your subscription, otherwise our system will upgrade you automatically at some point.
Remove a country
Are you no longer advertising in a certain country? Then you can remove this country from your subscription. Keep in mind that you can only remove a country from your subscription when the country is not present in your data sources in your Merchant Center. To remove a country from your subscription:
Go to ‘Subscriptions’ in the Account settings and select 'Merchants'.
Click the three dots on the right side of the country you want to remove.
Select 'Remove Country'.
❗ Note: If you recently removed this country from your data sources in the Merchant Center, you can refresh your countries in our platform by using the 'Refresh Data' button after you select 'Remove country'.
