Your Partner ID is a unique code linked to your agency. It identifies which client accounts are managed by your agency and ensures they count toward your Partner status. Read more about the Partner Program in this guide.

You can find your Partner ID in your Account Settings under "Subscriptions":
How to Use the Partner ID
If your clients manage their own billing, they can use the Partner ID to link their Producthero account to your agency.
How it works:
The client registers at v2.app.producthero.com/register as a Webshop, entering their own contact and billing details.
Once their account is created, they go to Account Settings (gear icon in the top right) → Overview → Subscription → Associate with Agency.
They enter your Partner ID and confirm the connection.
Once linked, the client’s shop will appear under your agency as an associated shop. The client handles their own billing, but the shop is connected to your agency and counts toward your Partner status.
