Adding extra shops to your Agency Account

If your agency handles client payments (Agency Billing):

  1. Go to Account Settings (gear icon in the top right corner).

  2. Navigate to Overview → Subscriptions and click Show all under Merchants:

  3. Select Add Merchant and fill in your client’s shop details:

  4. Follow the prompts to complete setup for additional shops or countries.


If your clients manage their own payments (Client Billing):

  1. Ask your clients to register as a Webshop using the regular sign-up form.

  2. Once their account is active, they can link it to your agency by following these steps:

    • Go to Account Settings (gear icon in the top right corner)

    • Navigate to Overview → Subscriptions.

    • Enter your Partner ID and confirm the connection under Associate with Agency.

This ensures their account is linked to your agency, even though they handle their own billing.
