In this guide, we will explain two advanced settings:

Note: Both features can impact your data, so we recommend carefully reading the instructions before using them.

These features can be found in Settings > Data.

Performance Mapping

To go to Performance Mapping, click on this button: "Click on "Click here to visit the Performance Page"

Performance mapping is an advanced optional feature. It allows you to map additional performance data to your current feed label and language (GB / en). We will explain how this works by using an example. Read this carefully before you start working with this feature.

In a normal situation, the Producthero Platform automatically matches your performance data with the corresponding product of the same feed label and language. You can view the sum of this data belonging to GB / en in the first table with header 'Performance data used by GB / en'.

The performance data used by other feed label / languages is shown in the second table under 'Performance data used by other feed label/languages'.

There could be situations where the Producthero app is unable to automatically match your performance data with the correct feed label and language. This could be because of several reasons:

  • Your feed label is not filled in correctly

  • The product to which the performance data belongs is no longer in your shop

If you have unmatched performance data, it can be seen in the third table under the header 'Performance data we were unable to match'.

What can you do with performance mapping?

With Performance Mapping you can do two things:

  • Use performance data from a different feed label / language as performance data for GB / en. To do this, select the performance data you want to re-use from table 2.

  • Use unmatched performance data as performance data for GB / en. To do this, select the unmatched performance data from table 3.

Why would you use performance mapping?

Performance mapping could be used for multiple reasons:

  • When the Producthero app was unable to automatically match your data, you can use performance mapping to map this data to products in GB / en. You do this by selecting data in the third table with the header 'Performance data we were unable to match'.

  • When you are using one primary feed with multiple feed labels in your Performance Max campaign setup and you want to create labels based on all the performance data from those campaigns together. You do this by selecting the multiple rows in table two with header 'Performance data used by other feed label / languages'', which adds all the data together as if it also belonged to GB / en.

  • When you have a new feed label, for example because you just started advertising in a new country, you may initially not have enough performance data to generate Producthero labels (Heroes, Sidekicks, Villains, Zombies) accurately. You can use performance mapping to map performance data from a feed label that does have a lot of performance data, and also use it as if it belonged to GB / en. This way, the labels for your new feed label are based on the performance data of the selected feed label in addition to its original performance data. This means that the labels generated for your new feed label could be more accurate.

What are the risks of using performance mapping?

Your Producthero labels are based on your performance data. When you use performance mapping to map additional data to GB / en, your products will have more associated performance data. As a result, you will have more Heroes and Sidekicks and fewer Villains and Zombies, because more products will reach the ROAS threshold. This will affect your campaigns.

Once you have set up performance mapping, it will remain active until you manually turn it off.

All graphs and statistics in the app will display your mapped performance data as if it were regular data, there is no distinction except on this page.

For whom is performance mapping available?

Performance mapping is available to all Producthero users. However, it may be less useful for non-PRO users, as it is designed for labels and statistics, which are PRO features.

Undo bulk rename

This feature enables you to revert bulk title optimizations you've made.

  • On the left side: Current (optimized) title.

  • On the right side: Your previous title. You can restore your title to this version by clicking the "Undo Last Title Rename" button.
