Retrieve data on the platform

If you don't see data in the Producthero platform, please read below how to get your data shown.

When your Merchant Center account has been successfully switched to Producthero CSS, the 20% discount on your shopping ads is automatically applied. There are no further settings needed for this. You can double-check in your Merchant Center if you are under Producthero CSS.

In addition to the CSS program, you also have access to the Producthero platform to optimize your shopping advertisements. You can log in to the platform using the following link: https://v2.app.producthero.com/.​

When you log in the first time it's possible that you see the following screen.

In that case, there are a few things you can check to ensure that your products and performance data are displayed on our platform. Please check the following:

  1. Do you have active campaigns running in your Google Ads account? This is mandatory to advertise on Google Shopping. You will still manage your shopping campaigns in your Google Ads account.

  2. Please use a Google email address that has admin access to both your Merchant Center and your Google Ads account. Otherwise we cannot retrieve your data.

  3. Have you already selected a feed label/language combination in the dropdown in the top left corner?

  4. Have you already refreshed the data on the Products tab?
    Basic users: You can update your product and performance data by clicking on the refresh button. This doesn't happen automatically.
    PRO users: If you use our pro tools, your data will automatically be updated every morning, so your products can be labelled every day based on their performance data.

    Please note: Allow some time for your data to be refreshed as the processing time depends on the number of products that need to be retrieved.

  5. Do you use a content API for your primary source? In that case it can take up to 24 hours for your products and data to show.

  6. Do you see your products and performance data in our platform? Click here to navigate to the next step.

  7. If after checking these steps and allowing some time for data to be retrieved you still don't see data, please contact support via [email protected].
