You can manage your current subscription in the self-service area of our platform. To access this area, click on your name in the top right corner and go to Account settings.
By default, access to the Account Settings on our platform is granted only to the email address associated with your payment account. However, this email can authorize other users to access this area. Kindly follow the steps below, or request the person with access to the email address linked to your payment account to do so.
Log in as Administrator: Use the email address linked to your payment account and log in with the OTP in our subscription portal.
User Management: Navigate to User Management and add the email address you wish to grant access to the Account Settings.
Accept Invitation: After your email address is added you can accept the invitation in your mailbox.
Access Account Settings: Once the invitation is accepted, you can log in to our platform and access the Account Settings as well.

Here you can manage the details of your current subscription to Producthero.
Delete country
You can only delete a country from your subscription when the country is not present in your product sources in your Merchant Center.
You can delete a country from your subscription by selecting the three dots.
If you recently removed this country from your product sources, you can refresh your countries in our platform using the "Refresh Data" button after you select "Remove country".
Upgrade or downgrade
You can upgrade your account in several places on our platform. In the Merchant tab, or by setting the Labelizer strategy in the Advertising tab. You can also upgrade your subscription in the subscription area of our platform by clicking “Add” in the PRO column.
To downgrade your PRO subscription to our basic subscription expand your subscription and click on the three dots on the right side of your plan, then proceed to downgrade your subscription. Your account will be downgraded before your next billing date.
Cancel your account
To cancel your subscription, you should use the ‘Cancellation form, use an email address that is associated to your payment account. By filling out this form, you confirm your cancellation request and indicate that you want to transfer your Merchant Center account to Google CSS. It is also possible to cancel your subscription via the "Subscriptions" section in the self-service area.

User Management
The "User Management" section of our platform is only accessible to users who log in with the email address linked to the payment account. In this section, you can grant users access to the "subscription area" so they can view and adjust the subscription details as well.
