How to manage your subscription

Read here how to upgrade or downgrade your subscription and where to find billing information and invoices.

You can manage your subscription and see invoices and billing information in the Account settings of our platform. To access this area, click on your name in the top right corner and go to 'Account settings'.

By default, access to the Account Settings on our platform is granted only to the email address associated with your payment account. However, this email can authorize other users to access this area. If you cannot see all the tabs in the Account settings, it means that the person who granted access did not provide all the necessary permissions. Please reach out to them if you need these permissions.

What can you manage in the Account settings?


Billing

In this section you can change your customer and invoice details and manage your payment details.


Subscriptions

Here you can manage your current subscription.

Upgrade subscription

Are you interested in using the PRO tools? Then you can upgrade to the PRO version. You can upgrade your account in several places on our platform. You can navigate to the 'Advertising' tab in the platform and upgrade here. You can also upgrade when setting up the Labelizer. In the subscription area, you can click the 'Merchant' tab and then you can upgrade your subscription by clicking 'Add' in the PRO column.

Downgrade subscription

Would you like to downgrade to the basic subscription? You can downgrade your PRO subscription to our basic subscription by clicking 'Subscriptions' and then 'Merchants'. Click on the three dots on the right side of your plan, then proceed to downgrade your subscription by selecting 'Cancel PRO plan'. Your account will be downgraded before your next billing date.

Delete country

You can only delete a country from your subscription when the country is not present in your data sources in your Merchant Center. You can delete a country from your subscription by by clicking 'Subscriptions' and then 'Merchants'. Then select the three dots and click 'Remove country'.

❗If you recently removed this country from your data sources in the Merchant Center, you can refresh your countries in our platform by using the 'Refresh Data' button after you select 'Remove country'.

Cancel your account

To cancel your subscription, you have to use the cancellation form. Please use the email address that is associated with your payment account. By filling out this form, you confirm your cancellation request and indicate that you want to transfer your Merchant Center account to Google CSS. It is also possible to cancel your subscription via the 'Subscriptions' section in the Account settings.

Invoices

Under this tab you can find your invoices and their status. If you have a question about a certain invoice, then please mention the invoice number.


User management

In the 'User Management' section you can grant users access to the 'Account settings', so they can view and adjust the subscription details as well.

❗It's important to note that this section is not meant to add users to use the platform. This is only for access to the Account settings. If you want to add users to the platform and tools, please read the instructions here.
