Yes, you can still use Producthero when you advertise outside the EU. The CSS program is exclusively available in 21 EU countries. This means that if you advertise outside the EU, you will not be able to benefit from the 20% discount on CPC.

However, many advertisers inside and outside of Europe sign up for Producthero just to use our tools. We have several tools to help you boost your Shopping Ads.
