Access your Producthero account

You can log in to the Producthero Platform using the following link: https://v2.app.producthero.com/.

When logging in, you’ll be asked to choose between two access types:

a) Platform access

Access the Producthero platform using any email address that has admin access to both your Merchant Center and Google Ads account.

Please note that admin access is required. Without it, the platform won’t be able to retrieve data from your accounts.

If you're using a different email than the one provided during registration, that's ok! That email is linked to your payment account, which by default is the only one that can access the administrative section described below.

b) Administrative only

To manage your subscription, view invoices, or update your payment details, log in under "Administrative only" using the email address linked to your payment account — this is the email address you provided during registration.

By default, this is the only email that has access to the Account Settings. If you want other users to access these settings, you can grant them permission through the User permissions feature.

FAQ:

Why do I see all my accounts when I only registered for one?

All Merchant Center accounts linked to the email address you use to log in will appear automatically when adding your merchants in the Producthero Platform. It is not possible to deselect them.

However, your subscription will only include the webshop(s) you registered through the sign-up form. You can always check your active subscriptions in your Account Settings.

Can I have multiple emails linked to the same Producthero account?

Yes. If other users would like to access the same Producthero account, just make sure they have admin access to both Merchant Center and Google Ads account of the webshop. This will grant them the necessary permissions to access the Platform.
