Do you want to add another Merchant Center to Producthero? You can do this in the Account settings.
⚠️ If you want to add a country to an existing Merchant Center under Producthero, then please read how to do that here.
Add Merchant Center(s) to your subscription
1. The Account settings can be found by clicking the gear icon in the top right corner of the platform and selecting 'Overview'.
By default, access to the Account Settings on our platform is granted only to the email address associated with the payment account. However, this email can authorize other users to access this area.
❗ Note: If you cannot access the Accounts settings or the subscriptions, it means you were not given permission. Click here to learn how to grant or receive access to Account settings.
2. Navigate to the Subscriptions tab on the left. Under 'Billing account', select the payment account you want to add the merchant to. Next to Merchants, click 'Show all'.
3. Here you see an overview of the Merchant Centers you already have under your subscription. Click 'Add Merchant'.
4. The next step might look different depending on which email address you are logged in with.
> If you are currently logged in with an email address that has access to Merchant Center(s) you want to add, you will see the following screen. The Merchant Centers connected to that email address will be retrieved.
In the next screen, you can then select the Merchant Center(s) that you would like to add to your subscription by ticking the box next to the merchant name.
According to our pricing model, all countries that you are advertising in within that Merchant Center should be selected and added to your subscription. If you deselect a country, our system will detect that this country is missing from the subscription and add it automatically later.
If you don't want to advertise in a certain country, you should remove it from your data source in the Merchant Center. Read how to do that here.
❗ Note: You can use the Producthero tools (only PRO) for countries outside the CSS program, however, you will not be able to benefit from the 20% discount on CPC.
You can select whether you want to use Premium CSS or PRO. You will automatically see how much everything costs and how much is being added to your subscription.
If the 'Manage source' button appears, you can click on it. If you want to upgrade to PRO and you are targeting multiple countries in one feed, all the countries in that feed should be on the PRO subscription.
> If you are not logged in with an email address that has access to a Merchant Center, you can manually add a Merchant Center. Click '+ Add Merchant'.
Fill out the details of the Merchant Center that you would like to add to your subscription.
5. Once you have signed up the Merchant Centers you want to add, you will receive an overview of the costs that will be added to your subscription.
Once you confirm, we will receive the registration of the Merchant Centers. The onboarding team will get started on switching the accounts to Producthero. Please allow 1-2 business days for the switch to take place.
