⚠️ Want to add a new country to an existing Merchant Center that is already under Producthero instead? Read this guide first.
Step 1: Navigate to your Account Settings
Click the gear icon in the top-right corner of the Producthero Platform.
Select Overview.
💡 By default, only the email address linked to your payment account can access the Account Settings. However, this email can authorize other users to access this area. Learn how to get access here.
Step 2: Open your subscription
In the menu on the left, click Subscriptions.
Under Billing account, choose the payment account you want to use.
Next to Merchants, click Show all.
Step 3: Add a Merchant Center
You’ll see all Merchant Center accounts currently linked to your subscription.
Click Add Merchant.
Step 4: Connect your Merchant Center(s)
The next step may look a little different depending on the email you’re logged in with.
a) If you’re logged in with an email that has Merchant Center access:
Producthero will automatically find the Merchant Centers linked to that email.
Select the Merchant Center(s) you want to add by ticking the boxes.
b) If you’re NOT logged in with an email that has Merchant Center access:
Click + Add Merchant.
Manually fill in the Merchant Center details, since we couldn’t find any connected to your email address.
Step 5: Select your plan
Active countries: According to our pricing model, all countries that you are advertising in within that Merchant Center should be selected and added to your subscription. If you leave a country unchecked, our system will add it automatically later.
💡 If you don't want to advertise in a certain country, you should remove it from your data source in the Merchant Center. Read how to do that here.
Subscription types: You can decide whether to use Premium CSS or PRO. The platform will automatically show you the cost and how it affects your subscription.
If you’re advertising in countries outside the CSS program, the PRO plan will be automatically selected. These countries aren’t eligible for CSS benefits, but you’ll still have full access to all Producthero tools.
If you plan to upgrade to PRO and you’re targeting multiple countries in one feed, make sure all those countries are included in your PRO subscription.

Step 6: Overview and confirm
After adding extra Merchant Center(s), you’ll get a breakdown of the new subscription costs.
After confirmation, our team will initiate the switch to Producthero CSS (if applicable) between 1–2 business days.
