Access to the Account Settings

In this article you learn how to get access to the Account Settings.

Updated over a week ago

You can easily manage your subscription in the Account settings in the platform. In the Account settings you can update billing and payment information, view and download invoices, upgrade or downgrade your subscription and grant user permissions to other users.

The Account settings can be found by clicking the gear icon in the top right corner of the platform.

Access to Account Settings

By default, access to the Account Settings on our platform is granted only to the email address associated with the payment account. However, this email can authorize other users to access this area.

πŸ’‘ Tip: If you're unsure which email address is linked to the payment account, check the email address where you receive your invoices.

Invite users to Account settings

Follow the steps below, or ask the person with access to the email address linked to the payment account to complete these steps:

There are two ways to invite users to the Account settings

Via the platform:

  • Log in with the email address associated with the payment account.

  • Click on the gear icon in the top right corner of the platform and then on 'Overview' under Account settings.

  • Navigate to 'User permissions'.

  • Here you can invite and manage users by granting the appropriate permissions. Learn more about user permissions here.

Log in as Administrator:

  • Go to the Producthero platform and select Administrative only.

  • Use the email address linked to the payment account to log in.

  • A One Time Password (OTP) will be sent to your email, which you can use to access the subscription portal.

  • Here you can invite and manage users by granting the appropriate permissions. Learn more about user permissions here.

❗ Note: If you log in using the OTP but also have access to a Merchant Center with that same email address, you will be redirected to the Google login page to access our platform.
