Access to the Account Settings

In this article you learn how to get access and grant access to the Account Settings.

You can manage your subscription and see invoices and billing information in the Account settings of our platform. To access this area, click on your name in the top right corner and go to 'Account settings'.

By default, access to the Account Settings on our platform is granted only to the email address associated with your payment account. However, this email can authorize other users to access this area.

💡 If you're unsure which email address is linked to the payment account, check the address at which you receive our invoices.

Please follow the steps below, or request the person with access to the email address linked to the payment account to do so.

  1. Log in as Administrator: Go to the Producthero platform, select 'Administrative only' and use the email address linked to the payment account. You will log in to the subscription portal with a One Time Password (OTP).

  2. Select User Management: Navigate to 'User Management' and add the email address you wish to grant access to the Account Settings. Select the user permissions you want to give this person.

  3. Accept invitation: After the email address is added, an email is sent to the mailbox and the invitation needs to be accepted.

  4. Access Account settings: Once the invitation is accepted, they can log in to our platform and access the Account Settings.

❗If you log in using the OTP but you also have access to a Merchant Center with that email address, you will be redirected to the Google login page to access our platform.
