Upgrade or Downgrade

Learn how to manage your subscriptions, including upgrading and downgrading.

You can easily manage your subscription in the Account Settings section of our platform. To access this area, click on the settings icon in the top-right corner of the platform, select Account Settings, and then navigate to the Subscriptions tab.

Subscriptions

In the Subscriptions tab within Account Settings, you’ll find:

  • A summary of the number of Merchant Centers, countries within the Merchants Centers, and PRO plans associated with your payment accounts.

  • Additionally, under the Merchants tab, you can easily view and manage your Merchant Centers. This includes upgrading, downgrading and removing countries. Or canceling Merchant Centers, as explained further in this article.


Upgrading Your Subscription

If you’re interested in unlocking the PRO tools, you can upgrade to the PRO version directly in several areas of our platform:

  1. Go to ‘Subscriptions’ in the Account Settings section, then click on 'Merchants' and click 'Add' in the PRO column to upgrade to PRO.

  2. Upgrade by completing the setup of the Labelizer tool.

  3. In the ‘Merchants’ tab of the platform and select Upgrade to PRO.

This allows you to access advanced features and maximize your campaign potential.


Downgrading Your Subscription

If you’d prefer to downgrade from the PRO subscription to the basic plan, you can follow these steps:

  1. Go to ‘Subscriptions’ in the Account Settings section and select 'Merchants'.

  2. Click the three dots on the right side of your plan.

  3. Select ‘Cancel PRO Plan’ to downgrade.

Your account will automatically transition to the basic subscription at the end of your current billing cycle.

Remove a Country

You can only remove a country from your subscription when the country is not present in your data sources in your Merchant Center. To remove a country from your subscription:

  1. Go to ‘Subscriptions’ in the Account Settings section and select 'Merchants'.

  2. Click the three dots on the right side of your plan.

  3. Select 'Remove Country'.

❗If you recently removed this country from your data sources in the Merchant Center, you can refresh your countries in our platform by using the 'Refresh Data' button after you select 'Remove country'.
