Upgrade or downgrade your subscription

Learn how to manage your subscriptions, including upgrading, downgrading, and removing countries from your subscription.

You can easily manage your subscriptions in the Account settings. The Account settings can be found by clicking the gear icon in the top right corner of the platform and selecting 'Overview'. Then navigate to the Subscriptions tab.

Note: If you cannot access the Accounts settings or the billing information, it means you were not given permission. Click here, to learn how to grant or receive access to Account settings.


Subscription overview

In the Subscriptions tab you will find:

  • A summary of the number of Merchant Centers, countries within these Merchants Centers, and PRO plans associated with your payment accounts.

  • Under the Merchants tab, you can easily view and manage your Merchant Centers. This includes upgrading, downgrading and removing countries. You can also cancel your subscription here, read more about it here.


Upgrade your subscription

If you are interested in trying out the PRO tools, you can upgrade to the PRO version. You can do this in different areas of our platform:

  1. Go to ‘Subscriptions’ in the Account settings, then click on 'Merchants' and click 'Add' in the PRO column to upgrade to that country PRO.

  2. Upgrade to PRO by completing the setup of the Labelizer tool.

  3. Click on the ‘Merchants’ tab on the left side of the platform and select 'Upgrade to PRO'.


Downgrade your subscription

If you prefer to downgrade to the basic plan, you can follow these steps:

  1. Go to ‘Subscriptions’ in the Account settings and select 'Merchants'.

  2. Click the three dots on the right side of the country you want to downgrade.

  3. Select ‘Cancel PRO Plan’ to downgrade.

Your account will automatically transition to the basic subscription at the end of your current billing cycle.

Remove a country

Are you no longer advertising in a certain country? Then you can remove this country from your subscription. Keep in mind that you can only remove a country from your subscription when the country is not present in your data sources in your Merchant Center. To remove a country from your subscription:

  1. Go to ‘Subscriptions’ in the Account settings and select 'Merchants'.

  2. Click the three dots on the right side of the country you want to remove.

  3. Select 'Remove Country'.

Note: If you recently removed this country from your data sources in the Merchant Center, you can refresh your countries in our platform by using the 'Refresh Data' button after you select 'Remove country'.
