How does Producthero pricing work?

This article outlines the pricing model and details the different types of plans available.

Updated over 3 weeks ago

Producthero has two different types of subscription, the basic subscription (Premium CSS) and the more advanced subscription (PRO subscription).

Prices subscription plans

Our pricing structure is straightforward and transparent, with no extra charges or hidden fees. You pay for every shop and every target country that you advertise in.

  • For a Premium CSS subscription, the initial fee for the first shop is € 39 per month, with an additional charge of € 19 per month for every extra shop or extra country you advertise in.

  • For a PRO subscription, the total fee increases for the first shop to € 99 per month (€ 39 + € 60), with an additional charge of € 49 per month (€ 19 + € 30) for each extra shop or country you advertise in.

💡 Tip: To make sure you sign up all the countries you advertise in, you can check this in your Merchant Center. Under 'Data sources' you can see the target countries. If you plan on adding countries later on, you can always let us know by email us ([email protected]).

Billing cycle

Billing takes place at the start of each period. Once your initial trial period ends, you'll be billed for the upcoming month. You can cancel anytime with no notice required. You just have to let us know before the next billing date to avoid charges for the following period.

You can learn more about cancelling your subscription here.

Upgrade charges

What are upgrade charges?

Upgrade charges apply when you make changes to your subscription during your current billing cycle. This includes:

  • Adding a new shop to your subscription

  • Upgrading a shop to PRO (manually or following a compliance review)

  • Activating additional features or services mid-cycle

These charges are prorated, meaning you only pay for the time between when the change is made and your next billing date.

How are upgrade charges billed?

Until April 2025, you’ll receive a separate invoice each time you upgrade your subscription (unless you're on a free trial).

Starting April 2025, all upgrade charges will be included in your regular invoice. Each charge will show the date the change occurred and the time period it covers—making billing simpler and more transparent.
