When does my trial period start?

Your 30-day trial starts immediately after you submit the registration form on our website. Keep in mind that if you don't add your payment method right away, your trial period has already started. We only switch your account to Producthero if you have added a payment method. If you don't add a payment method before the trial ends, your account will be cancelled.

When will I be charged?

At the end of your trial you will be charged for the upcoming month. You will receive an email a few days before the end of your trial that the trial is about to expire and your subscription will become active. If you don't wish to continue using Producthero, then please cancel your subscription before the trial ends.

Which shops are included in the trial?

The trial period applies to the first webshop you register. If you add another shop or add more countries during this initial 30-day trial period, it will also benefit from the remaining trial days. Any additional shops or countries added after the 30-day trial period will not be eligible for a free trial.

Will any additional shops added later on benefit from the trial?

No, once your subscription (Premium or PRO) transitions from 'in trial' to 'active', any new shops or countries added will not benefit from the free trial period and charges will be billed immediately. You will not be billed the full amount. You will receive a pro-rated charge for the period from the date the extra shop/country was added (or upgraded) until the next billing date.

What happens after the trial period ends?

After the trial period, your account will automatically become active on the selected plan. You will receive an email a few days before the end of the trial informing you that the subscription will become active. Any shop(s)/countries added or upgraded after your trial period has ended, will be charged immediately through pro-rated charges.

Will I get a free trial for the PRO tools if I upgrade later on?

If you first signed up for the basic subscription, but would like to upgrade to the PRO plan, the first shop you upgrade will receive a 30-day trial to explore our PRO tools. After the trial period ends, any additional upgrades will be billed immediately upon activation.
