Registering an Agency Account

Updated today

When setting up your agency in Producthero, you can choose between two billing models, depending on who manages the payments. In both cases, every client you add counts toward your Partner level. Read more about the Partner Program.

Option 1: Agency Billing (Agency handles payments)

Your agency manages payments for all your clients under one billing account.

How it works:

Register at https://v2.app.producthero.com/register as an Agency/Freelancer. When asked who will be charged, choose “Agency is billed.”

  • All client shops you add will automatically be placed under your agency’s billing account.

  • By managing all shops under a single billing setup, your agency benefits from multi-shop discounts.

Pricing structure (Agency Billing):

  • €39/month (CSS) or €99/month (PRO) for the first shop/country

  • +€19/month (CSS) or +€49/month (PRO) for each additional shop/country

Because all shops are billed together under your agency account, the discounted “extra shop” pricing applies to every additional client you manage.

Option 2: Client Billing (Clients handle payments)

Each client manages their own billing and payments, but their accounts are still linked to your agency via your Partner ID.

In this case the client is also the owner of their payment account, so your agency won’t have direct access to manage their billing or subscription settings unless they grant you permission.

How it works:

  1. Register at https://v2.app.producthero.com/register as an Agency/Freelancer. When asked who will be charged, choose “Customer is billed.”

  2. Invite your clients to create their own Producthero accounts with their own payment details. They’ll receive a link to complete the setup.

Pricing structure (Client Billing):

Each client pays the full individual rate:

  • €39/month (CSS) or €99/month (PRO) for their first shop/country

  • +€19/month (CSS) or +€49/month (PRO) for any additional shops/countries within that same client account
